If ever a book justified a less than zero stars rating, this is it. This book barely covers even the most basic tenets of online play. If you’ve read even a few decent poker books you already know all of the advice regarding how to play the various types of games available online (and undoubtedly more) than this book offers. As far as the “Everything Online” and “Insider’s Guide…”, what a crock! There is very little useful knowledge, a few basics facts about the various poker sites, and a few basic tenets like “watch for tells”, “try to detect if your opponents are distracted, and take advantage of them”, and bluffing is more common in on-line play. I read it in less than a day, and even that was a waste of too much time. Truly a waste of money. I got it used, and even that was a rip-off. The only use I’ll get from this volume is to line the bottom of my birdcage.
